WE FABRICATE PREFORMS USING HIGH PRECISION HOT RUNNER MOULDS

Our moulds are fabricated with hot runner system to ensure that the plastic in the runner and gate remains molten by heating resulting in uniform thickness and weight across the Preform. GMS can pridefully proclaim, our preforms result in near to zero rejection with high strength.

Preform manufacturing is a very tough competitive market segment and the only thing to differentiate GMS from its peers is quality. The preforms embossed with GMS are fabricated using hot runner moulds installed on Ferromatik machines. The hot runner moulds ensure that the wall thickness and weight distribution across the preform is uniform resulting in minimal rejection and high strength in the end product.
